InGen Dynamics’ Futurenauts Program exemplifies a new breed of innovative educational initiatives, designed to skill the next generation in line with the evolving industry demands. The mismatch between student learning and employer needs, known as the ‘skills gap,’ persists. McKinsey & Company forecasts that by 2030, about 375 million workers may need to change jobs due to digitization, automation, and AI advancements.

InGen Dynamics, a pioneer in advanced AI and robotics, launched the Futurenauts Internship, a six-month program designed to educate and skill upcoming graduates in various tech domains. Additionally, the Futurenauts program is also in line with Sugata Mitra’s ‘Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE)’ model. Mitra, an educational entrepreneur known for his “Hole in the Wall” experiment, advocates for the use of technology and student curiosity to drive learning. The Futurenauts program fosters such a self-organized learning environment by providing students with cutting-edge resources and freedom to explore different domains.

  • Robot Software:

    Develop expertise in Node.js, React Native, and React Js to create intelligent robot software applications.

  • Robot Hardware:

    Learn about the design and development of robotic hardware components and systems.

  • UX/UI/Social Robotics:

  • Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist:

    Understanding the importance of quality assurance in AI and robotics products. Introduction to industry standards and guidelines for quality assurance.

  • Documentation Specialist:

    Understanding the importance of clear and concise documentation in the tech industry. Introduction to different types of technical documentation and their purposes.

  • Sentinel:

    Contribute to building a state-of-the-art security platform using advanced software, sensor components, and hardware technologies.
